Mohamed Elmi, 31, and Mohamed Salad, 29, both of Calgary and a third man that got away, pulled up to the Ten X nightclub around 2am Sunday morning. One man entered the club and began shooting hitting one man before being tacked by bouncers.
It is unknown at this time if the shooters are Canadian citizens, refugees or recent immigrants. Calgary receives approximately 1100 refugees annually from around the world.
